10 mg – 50 mg / day
This steroid should be dosed according to not only what you hope to get out of it specifically, but also in the way that it can work with any other compounds you’re using in the cycle as it is known to enhance their efficiency by preventing the binding of testosterone; thus, freeing up those other compounds for more efficient use by the body.
A relatively low dose of Tbol is effective at achieving this goal. Whatever dosage you decide on, the maximum length of use should be no longer than 8 weeks because of risks to liver health.
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Turinabol Dosage
First time users of Tbol wanting to minimize or even eliminate the chance of androgenic side effects can start as low as 15mg daily, however significant effects should not be expected at such a low dose.
Raising the dose to 30mg per day even as a beginner will normally provide more noticeable benefits while keeping the side effect risk profile low enough for most people to be comfortable with, keeping in mind that cholesterol should still be monitored even at these lower doses.
Intermediate users wanting more anabolic benefits from Tbol as well as the enhanced endurance and recovery will find that 30mg to 50mg each day, with 40mg daily being the sweet spot is a suitable dose that strikes a balance between providing great benefit while keeping liver and cholesterol risk at a manageable level. This dose will provide some gains in mass and strength while still minimizing the risk of common androgenic effects.
The most advanced and confident of steroid users will likely be using some other very powerful compounds in the cycle whereby Tbol can play a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness and activity of those other steroids. Whichever goal an advanced user has, most will feel confident in starting their dose at the 40mg daily level.
Some of the most advanced steroid users have been known to boost the dose right up to 80mg daily but this should be done with extreme caution and a high level of understanding of the risks to the liver and cholesterol. High doses of this amount will provide increased mass and strength gains, but so too will the risk of androgenic side effects be raised.
Advanced users on a cutting cycle will still likely want to stick to a 40mg daily dose which uses Tbol mainly as a muscle preservation compound rather than a mass gaining one.
Proper Turinabol Administration and Timing
Some oral steroids are best split into two or even more doses per day because of their short half-life, but this is not the case with Tbol. This makes it a highly convenient steroid to use, with a long half-life of about 16 hours making it possible and recommended to take a single dose each day.
If for specific reasons you still prefer to split the Tbol dose each day, taking 50% early in the day and the other half in the evening and keeping this pattern consistent is another option.
However, the effects of Tbol remain excellent when your administration of each dose is kept to once per day and preferably taken around the same time each day for consistency in maintaining optimal blood levels of the compound.
Female Turinabol Dosage
Virilization is a real risk for women using Tbol so it’s critical that female dosages are kept low enough to avoid these side effects.
The maximum dosage for a female Tbol should not exceed 5mg daily. However, most women will want to start lower at about half that amount. Any dose above 5mg daily is highly likely to result in the development of masculine traits. Women should not use Tbol for longer than 6 weeks, but many will find that even 4 weeks is effective while minimizing side effect risk.
Turinabol Cycles
This is not a steroid that anyone is likely to use on its own in a cycle. It is best used alongside at least one other steroid such as Testosterone, although more powerful steroids are also suitable.
Not only is the addition of at least a testosterone steroid into a Tbol necessary to combat testosterone suppression, but Tbol has excellent synergy with testosterone itself and contributes to the freeing up of testosterone so circulating levels are higher.
This is one of the big benefits of Tbol and can be the sole reason people add it to a cycle. Below are some of the typical cycles we see with Tbol at various experience levels:
Beginner Turinabol Cycle
Most beginners will want to keep the first cycle as simple as possible and that means stacking Tbol with a testosterone ester such as the long-acting Testosterone Enanthate. The testosterone itself will work more efficiently with Tbol binding to SHBG.
In this cycle Tbol will still contribute to some mass gains while improving recovery and endurance Testosterone Enanthate taken for the entire 12-week cycle at between 300mg and 500mg weekly, and Tbol used only for the first 8 weeks at 30mg daily will kick in earlier in the cycle while the slower acting testosterone ester takes over for the cycle’s second half.
Intermediate Turinabol Cycle
This intermediate cycle makes use of slow acting steroids that will require patience to start benefiting from their full effects several weeks into the cycle.
With the addition of the powerful Deca-Durabolin, this Tbol cycle is focused on mass gains, and they will be quality gains with fluid retention kept at a minimum. Testosterone in this cycle is used only as a supportive compound to provide your testosterone requirements due to the suppressive effects of the other compounds. In this case just 100mg weekly of Test Cyp will cover your bases with Deca used at 400mg weekly for 12 weeks, and Tbol included for the first 8 weeks only at between 40mg and 60mg per day.
Advanced Turinabol Cycle
The most experienced steroid users will already have or be ready to try some of the most advanced and powerful steroid compounds and in this case, we can include the excellent Trenbolone in this Tbol cycle. Just like Tbol, Trenbolone also does not aromatize so gains will be very clean.
Expect high quality muscle and strength gains with the combination of these two steroids and the inclusion of Testosterone at a maintenance dosage for the duration of this 8-week cycle. The dose of Tbol in this cycle can be considered up to 80mg even though this goes beyond what many might be comfortable with; even a dose of 40-70mg daily will be sufficient but those with existing cholesterol issues need to be extra cautious with dosing.
Trenbolone Acetate at a dose of 400mg per week will provide excellent mass gains suitable for cutting or other goals including contests because of the lack of fluid retention that will bring about a superb hard and dry physique.
For best results Trenbolone doses should be broken down into 100mg taken every two days. Finally, to mitigate testosterone suppression that will occur the inclusion of Testosterone Propionate at just 100mg weekly will cover your testosterone requirements during the cycle. This 8-week cycle should only be considered by advanced users as Trenbolone is a very potent steroid only suited to the most experienced people.
Stacking Turinabol
Although Tbol is known to stack very well with most other steroids, and in fact can promote a more efficient use of them in the body, it should never be stacked with other oral steroids of the C17-aa type such as Anavar, because of the doubling up of hepatotoxic compounds which would stress the liver to potentially dangerous levels.
Tbol otherwise works well with a wide range of steroids and is often used in the first 6 to 8 weeks of a cutting cycle to provide muscle preservation and hardening effects while being stacked with compounds like Winstrol or Masteron which can be used through to the end of the cycle
For mass gain cycles it is commonly stacked with Deca-Durabolin, Dianabol or Trenbolone.
At a bare minimum, Tbol should always be stacked with a form of testosterone if only for the need to combat the suppression of natural testosterone that is certain to occur.
