PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a synthetic peptide originally derived from Melanotan II. Unlike traditional ED medications (like Viagra or Cialis), which act on the vascular system, PT-141 works directly on the central nervous system, specifically targeting the hypothalamus to boost sexual desire and stimulation. How to administer – reconstitution and injection

Reconstitution:

• Reconstitute 10mg vial with 1ml of bacteriostatic water

• Inject the water slowly along the side of the vial

• Swirl gently (do not shake) until dissolved

Injection:

• Use a 1ml insulin syringe

• Administer subcutaneously into the abdominal area or thigh

• Dosing reference (if reconstituted with 1ml):

  • 500mcg = 5 units

  • 1mg = 10 units, and so on

Storage

• Before reconstitution: Store in a refrigerator or cool, dry place
