Wolverine Healing Peptide combines two of the most effective regenerative peptides: TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) and BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157). TB-500 promotes cell migration and angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), while BPC-157 supports tendon, ligament, and gut healing by activating local growth factors and reducing inflammation.
When used together, these peptides create a synergistic effect that enhances cellular repair, increases flexibility, accelerates recovery from injuries (especially chronic or overuse injuries), and helps protect tissues under heavy physical stress.
Wolverine Healing Peptide is ideal for use during injury rehab, after surgery, or during high-intensity training blocks to prevent wear and tear and improve recovery outcomes.
Benefits
-
Accelerates healing of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints
-
Reduces inflammation and oxidative stress at injury sites
-
Promotes regeneration of soft tissues and nerve endings
-
Improves flexibility and mobility in damaged areas
-
Enhances recovery from overuse, trauma, or surgical procedures
-
May assist in gut healing and gastrointestinal protection (from BPC-157)
Side effects
Wolverine Healing Peptide is generally well-tolerated. However, some users may experience:
-
Mild redness or irritation at the injection site
-
Temporary fatigue or lightheadedness
-
Headache (rare)
-
Possible hunger increase (especially from BPC-157)
No significant long-term side effects have been documented with standard dosing.
Dosages & Protocol
Dosages for Men:
-
250mcg–500mcg of each peptide (TB-500 and BPC-157) per day
-
Administered once or twice daily depending on severity of injury
-
For combined dosage from the vial: 500mcg = 0.05ml (5 units), 1mg = 0.1ml (10 units), if reconstituted with 1ml
Dosages for Women:
-
Generally the same as for men due to neutral nature of the peptides
-
Lower end of the range (250mcg per peptide) is often sufficient
Typical Protocol Duration:
-
4–6 weeks for minor injuries
-
Up to 8–12 weeks for chronic or post-surgical recovery

How to administer – reconstitution and how to inject
Wolverine Healing Peptide comes as a lyophilized powder (10mg total: 5mg TB-500 + 5mg BPC-157) with a water amp
Reconstitution:
-
Add 1ml or 2ml of bacteriostatic water depending on desired concentration
-
Slowly inject water down the side of the vial and swirl gently (do not shake) until fully dissolved
Injection:
-
Use a 1ml insulin syringe (29–31 gauge)
-
Draw desired dose (e.g., 500mcg = 0.05ml or 5 units if reconstituted with 1ml)
-
Inject subcutaneously into the lower abdomen or near the injury site (if appropriate)
-
Administer once or twice daily depending on injury severity
Storage
After reconstitution: store in the refrigerator at 2–8°C and use within 30 days
Half life & detectability
Half-Life:
-
TB-500: Approximately 2–3 days
-
BPC-157: Estimated 4–6 hours (though effects are longer-lasting due to biological activity)
Detection Time: Not commonly screened in standard drug testing; however, advanced peptide panels may detect components for several days post-injection
For athletes subject to drug testing, it is important to consider these detection times and plan accordingly to avoid positive tests for banned substances.
